Refund policy

At our store, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact us at brothersustinenkov@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with your return shipment. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please note that certain items, such as grooming products, may not be eligible for return if opened. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing our store for your pet's needs!
